Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, preferably heirloom
  • 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, approximately 20 leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instruction:
